Icehosting provides excellent service which I can wholeheartedly recommend. Some people claim that Icehosting does not offer support or is difficult to reach, but I have never experienced that. Their contact page lists both a landline and a mobile number. All services have met my expectations completely. I have never had any issues, and if something does come up, a quick phone call is enough and they will even resolve it for you. In short, highly recommended.

I have been a customer of Icehosting for several years, with some breaks in between. I own a dedicated server at Icehosting and the quality is simply outstanding. During the past four months, the server has not experienced a single minute of downtime, which makes me very happy. Support is fast and clear, tickets are answered quickly, and when necessary you can even get assistance promptly through MSN. Icehosting is not the cheapest ISP available, but quality comes at a price. That said, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent: top-quality hardware and software at affordable prices. I will likely remain an Icehosting customer for a long time as my own company continues to grow. If you are looking for a good ISP, I can definitely recommend Icehosting.

Good support via phone and email, although occasionally an email goes unanswered. Later it turns out the email was read, but an acknowledgment of receipt would be a valuable addition to the already excellent support. Very good! Extremely friendly staff and everything is well organized. Clearly a company with experience.
